Right G450T is a high-efficiency, high-precision fully automatic laser marking machine independently developed by Right (Zhengshi) Automation, specially tailored for the electronics manufacturing industry, PCB processing, and industrial product traceability needs. Integrating advanced laser technology, intelligent CCD vision positioning system and fully automatic control module, this equipment realizes non-contact, high-speed, and high-precision marking, which is widely applicable to PCB hard boards (white ink, green ink, blue ink), various metal materials (copper, aluminum, stainless steel), and non-metal materials (resin, acrylic, plastic), perfectly meeting the strict requirements of modern industrial production for product marking clarity, accuracy and traceability.

Equipped with optional multi-type laser sources (UV, Fiber, CO2, Green), the Right G450T can be flexibly customized according to different marking materials and precision requirements. With a maximum marking speed of 8000mm/s and marking accuracy of ±0.05mm (up to ±0.02mm for special customization), it significantly improves production efficiency while ensuring marking quality. The upgraded CCD vision positioning system combined with MARK point positioning supports 2-point, 3-point and 4-point positioning modes, which can automatically take photos and position accurately, effectively solving the problem of marking deviation caused by PCB position offset, and ensuring stable and accurate marking even for small-size and high-density PCBs.

The machine adopts laser XY movement and built-in double flap function, which can efficiently complete multi-angle and multi-position marking, and the auto-adjustable conveyor width (50mm ~ 400mm) can flexibly adapt to different PCB sizes (L450mm×W380mm, thickness 0.4mm ~ 8mm). It supports a variety of marking contents, including barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers, logos, batch numbers, date codes and UDI codes, and can be customized to connect with ERP/MES/SAP systems to automatically obtain production data for real-time marking, forming a complete product full-process traceability closed loop.
