GKG D Series is a high-speed precision automatic dispensing machine integrated with professional precision valve. Adopting advanced piezoelectric jet technology and high-wear precision valve structure, it achieves stable and continuous dispensing for high-viscosity and particle-containing fluids. Compatible with UV glue, solder paste, thermal conductive paste and other adhesives, it is widely used in PCB assembly, semiconductor packaging, automotive electronics and 3C industry. Equipped with CCD vision alignment and handheld teaching box, it ensures high positioning accuracy and easy operation.
